Note: Manufacturer warranty conditions apply during normal business hours. Outside business hours, the supplier will on charge the after hours call out fee as nominated by each supplier.
Warranty covers manufacturing faults. When a service technician visit has found the machine is functioning correctly, or the fault is caused by operator error, the service charge will apply and be passed on to you.

Please Check:
- Power - Power plug is connected and not damaged. If there is no power to the machine, try plugging in another appliance to ensure the problem is not at the power point
- Refrigeration - If not dropping temperature, ensure the filters are clean, the unit is away from the walls so has adequate airflow.
